We are recruiting for a high energy Chief Marketing Officer to help us take NGX, the world's FIRST genetically personalised nutrition shake, to explosive heights that deliver massive returns over the next 2-3 years.

As CMO you will become an integral member of the team, with an ability to earn a huge ownership stake in the business that will deliver substantial financial returns when the business is sold in the next 2-4 years.  

If you thrive on a challenge, have a solid understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles and you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty - we want you to join our team. Ideally you would also have marketing experience in fitness and/or nutrition.

We have one goal: to build a £150m business and exit. Slackers need not apply ;)

Overview of the role

  • Plan, create and support the implementation of marketing strategy for website, Instagram and Facebook  
  • Set marketing objectives
  • Review and manage content strategy 
  • Determine and track marketing KPIs
  • Contribute to systems and process that deliver customer success
  • Evaluate performance


Skills & Experience


  • Minimum of 5 years DTC marketing experience
  • MA in marketing, management or similar 
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles 
  • eCommerce / online marketing experience
  • Performance marketing / data analytics / ROI measurement 
  • Marketing experience in fitness and/or nutrition 
  • Customer oriented
  • Results driven and continuous improvement mindset
  • Self starter / highly motivated

Beneficial to have one or more of:

  • Shopify
  • Good eye for branding and design
  • UX / CX
  • Facebook ads manager
  • Google analytics
  • Working knowledge of Amazon
  • Additional marketing certifications
  • Copywriting
  • Graphic design
