It is an equity offer position. With the anticipated growth, there is a plan to offer a salary. This is a completely remote position and the CTO should be passionate about building a remote first culture.
As our CTO you will be responsible for managing and growing our remote first engineering capability.
You will be responsible for hiring developers, preparing client proposals, selecting tech stack and development toolkit, architecting scalable solutions.
You will define development standards according to latest coding methodlogies and implement agile processes for remote team.
The CTO will also be comfortable with c-level discussions and boardroom level meetings with our fellow founders.
