We are looking for a Head of People & Culture to help us build best practices to work in a completely remote environment.
While the ambition is large, the role will start off part-time, with a specific focus on building our remote work policy and HR strategy. Then over the months ahead, as you grow the team, you'll be able to grow your hours, and so too your focus on building out a broader HR capability.
You’ll have a strong understanding of best-practice people leadership techniques, ideally having practiced them within your own teams. You may not have had experience of every element within HR, but you'll have had exposure to all of them, and be willing to figure out whatever you don't know. Above all, you'll have an insatiable appetite to not just implement a full array of people-leadership programmes and philosophies, but to ensure they result in consistently high individual and collective performance, as we scale the team.
