We are looking for an empowered, self-starting marketing coordinator to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in cryptocurrency (or highly technical) roles running social media and managing communities - this role is for you.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to coordinate several deliverables in an efficient manner. . You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns, working closely with the Head of Marketing, to align with Marketing strategies
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver and coordinate marketing campaigns around events, podcasts, videos, blogs and PR
- Developing copy, imagery and other content for social media and communication campaigns
- Being a ‘firm but fair’ FUD buster in our community forums, social media channels, and messaging groups such as Telegram
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on engagement, feedback and online reviews
Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Coordinate with other teams within Radix DLT to ensure brand consistency
Liaise with other teams within Radix DLT to stay updated on project progress
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Stay up-to-date with cryptocurrency and DeFi trends
Experienced as a community manager at a crypto company
Able to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events, AMAs and webinars)
Able to use photoshop and effectively edit images, graphics and videos for social and marketing
Competent with WordPress
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
