spplitt is working on a major pivot due to the Covid-19 situation. We originally planned a rollout with university students here in the UK with a B2C offering. We are currently in an incubator and are pivoting to a B2B offering that will assist small businesses survive the lockdown and operate more efficiently once we are out of the restricted environment. We are planning to connect businesses to share their employees. We are looking for a business development manager to pilot our new offering here in London. Ideally someone who has some HR experience to advise on the work flow of our pivot. This position will be equity only until we raise our seed round. Our incubator is also assisting in fundraising at the end of the programme as well as our own outreach. This is a remote position due to the current situation but ideally UK based. We need someone with the following skills:
Pursuing new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
HR experience and familiarity with employer/employee relations
