We are looking for an smart candidate to support our content research, content creation (writing, primarily), social media community development and paid media activities for an exciting product launch in USA. We can offer a very hands-on experience of working within the AI tech products space, exposure to different parts of the business and being a part of the team spread between LA, London, UAE and Singapore. This is a fully remote, full time contract role for a minimum 3 months duration.


Community management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Product Hunt, etc) including (not limited to):

  • Suggesting and writing content to promote the assigned product
  • Researching key trends and popular hashtags within the assigned product space
  • Engaging with members and non-members via creative storytelling
  • Exploring potential collaboration opportunities with other accounts to expand our reach
  • Growing product user base and lead generation
  • Capturing product feedback and creating weekly reports
  • Monitoring assigned KPIs, providing ideas to improve them and weekly reporting across all channels
  • Researching key opinion leaders within the product space and inviting them to discover our product
  • Participating in our brainstorming sessions and providing content and activation ideas to deliver on the product plan
  • Assisting our marketing team with paid media activities (paid social media and other digital marketing channels)
  • Admin duties as required


  • Familiarity with key social media platforms (FB, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Product Hunt etc). Ideally, understanding of US market specifics is a big plus
  • Knowledge of top tech industry publications and platforms (such as TechCrunch etc), ideally US-focused
  • Experience with community management and growing social media channels (engagement & followers)
  • Creative thinker; coming up with new ways to communicate our message, engage our community and build affinity
  • Native/bilingual level written English with high attention to detail, organised and resourceful - strong copywriting and design skills with the ability to adapt to different formats and channels
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work remotely and independently
  • Good, if you have Journalism or Digital Marketing background (or similar)
  • Good, if you have experience with paid digital marketing tools (Search and Social Media)
  • Interest in the AI tech industry and startups community
