I am looking for a Head Chef / Baker Co-founder with a good understanding of running a micro bakery / kitchen and understanding high quality food products to team up with myself for an exciting concept as a combination of bakery, coffee shop & wine bar.
I am looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves but also someone who can help build out a team for a potential future growth. Starting salary 25k per year.
The position need to be full time from the week commencing 21st of September.
A little about me, I’ve been working around kitchens, coffee shops, wine bars & restaurants for the last 15 years with last employment as Operation Manager for a well known brand of wine bars & restaurants in central London. I could also not definitely live without coffee, bread & wine.
