What you will be responsible for:
You will be part of a team responsible for finding, interviewing and presenting candidates to our clients. As part of a team of sales experts, you may have an opportunity to sell recruitment services. You will be searching for candidates for sales teams in tech companies, identifying if they are hungry, humble and people-smart graduates, or graduate calibre individuals looking for their first or second job. Your day to day will involve searching through LinkedIn and other job boards to find candidates, networking and building your personal network through referrals and events, interviewing over the phone, and selecting candidates that have the experience, attributes and potential that our clients are looking for.
You will have targets to find specific numbers of qualified candidates, so teamwork and communication skills are essential. You will spend significant time on the phone, so be prepared. We believe that the quality of our team is what determines the quality of our candidates. Therefore, you will need to be hungry, humble and people-smart. You do not have to have a degree to apply for this role, however some experience would be ideal.
