Customer Kindness needed For Ambitious Non-Profit Tech Start Up
[Please note that this is a VOLUNTEER position for those on furlough/looking for work to sharpen their skills or for an individual looking to build some experience and gain insight in working with a start-up.]
Gigfunding is an online marketplace where you can hire local skills and all the money goes to causes of you choose.
We have just launched the platform and we are looking for a committed individual to lead our customer care, kindness, and FAQ, through our integrated chat-box system, email responses, and phone calls.
You should be able to be 'on call' at least 2 days per week, between 9-5pm, for part-time responses.
Please note: current site traffic is pretty low, so the task isn't huge right now, ideally looking for someone who is interesting in a volunteer role long term (3-6months).
