CAPITAL MARKETS FINTECH: PRODUCT MANAGER
FLOWLINX (Formerly ZEROFLOWS) is a capital markets fintech startup. We provide workflow and liquidity solutions for dealing desks of asset managers and banks/brokerages that invest and operate in Emerging and Frontier Markets.
Our workflow tool helps traders be more efficient when trading in local stock markets, where market structure is significantly different from that of developed peers.
Our liquidity application, helps dealing desks search for block trades by bringing to the forefront deep local liquidity information in a standardized and real time format.
Who we are looking for:
Product Manager (part-time start, transition to full-time).
Drive product development (both liquidity and workflows tools)
Own strategic vision and product roadmap, assume core Product Ownership responsibilities
Apply strong focus on customer-validation in product/roadmap decisions.
Work on integrations with buyside and sellside OMS/EMS systems (liquidity product)
Interact with clients to understand pain points and use this knowledge to define and refine new features
Define and track key metrics - use this data to find opportunities to improve customer experience and increase adoption
Work with tech team to best plan out new feature developments and architecture
Need to have:
Strong understanding of markets structure, data and exchange connectivity
Good grasp on sellside and buyside dealing desks workflows
Knowledge of OMS workflows and integration processes
Knowledge of FIX protocol
Solid technical foundation (but no need to write code)
Ability to communicate with clients and convey requirements to the tech team
Experience in Electronic Equities
Nice to have:
Previous experience in any of the following: sell-side bank, brokerage, asset management, financial industry vendor such as OMS/EMS provider, software consultancy working with any of the above.
Happy to speak to anyone with following background:
Equities Electronic Trading, Market Access/Connectivity, Execution Algorithms, relevant roles at ISVs such as OMS/EMS vendors.
Location: London / Remote OK (GMT+ time zones preferable).
Position: Part-time transition to full-time
Remuneration: Profile dependant. Opportunity for equity.
