We're looking for a young developer to help us build our MVP and improve access to insight for young people, particularly from under-represented groups. This would be a paid for project, would be supported by awesome mentors, and could turn into a full time position.
No professional experience required (fresh grads very welcome), just knowledge of how to build products, and a desire to make a difference.
We have a clickable prototype and initial user base. We have strong partnerships lined up. We could outsource the development but we'd massively prefer to work with someone who could potentially work with longer term.
A Disability Confident employer will generally offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the job as defined by the employer. It is important to note that in certain recruitment situations such as high-volume, seasonal and high-peak times, the employer may wish to limit the overall numbers of interviews offered to both disabled people and non-disabled people. For more details please go to Disability Confident.
