Business Analyst/Generalist

We are looking for business analysts with excellent written communications skills. You should revel in concise and compelling communications and understand that they can have a multiplier effect on early stage businesses. You will be joining as the fourth employee of an early stage company in the early childhood development space. The company is 7 months old, growing sales in excess of 5% week over week and close to cash flow break even. You would work directly with a 3x founder who has built businesses valued in excess of £100mm. 

As one of the first employees of the company, we are looking for a generalist with long term ambitions to build your own company. We are looking for someone who is extremely coachable, driven with great attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Continuously adapt to the scaling needs of the business 
  • Roll up your sleeves and help colleagues  
  • Be able to own communications with customers end-to-end
  • Draft and edit communications across multiple channels (you will own the tone of voice) 
  • Automate customer communications and customer servicing 
  • Provide strong evidence-based research to inform decision making and support business objectives 


  • Working full time remotely (most of the team is based in London but we are fully distributed and intend to stay this way)
