We are looking for a CMO/VP Marketing to lead our marketing and demand generation, and to power our growth in the coming years across the UK, US and EMEA.
Who are we?
You know those annoying messages you get every day. Well they're only going to get worse unless someone does something about it. Ometria's purpose is to help retailers create marketing experiences their customers will love. We use AI and lots of data to truly understand each customer, and make sure that their experiences are ones they truly find valuable. And we do this right now for 200 of the fastest growing retail brands, from Made.com to Hotel Chocolat, and for 300 million individual people across the world. We're a team of 100 Ometrians (usually) based in London, New York and Southampton and have raised over £25m from leading VCs like Octopus and Summit.
What will you be doing?
You will be directly responsible for setting our marketing strategy, growing and leading our marketing team, and driving ever increasing pipeline so we continue our rocketship trajectory.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Design and implement a marketing strategy which both achieves short-term pipeline targets and sets us up for continuing growth in future years
- Build and maintain a world class Demand Generation program
- Hire and develop the best enterprise SaaS marketing team
- Execute a category-defining global event strategy
- Scale product marketing to drive conversion and engagement from prospects and customers
A bit about you:
You have proven experience of leading enterprise SaaS marketing teams, with a focus on demand generation and account based marketing
You have real-time data on all parts of the marketing organisation and any planning and decision making is always informed by this data
You have built processes that are scalable and repeatable
Your craft is marketing but your objective is to drive tangible business results and revenue growth.
