We’re currently recruiting our first fully-fledged team and you’ll have the opportunity to join us early as a key team member with clear paths for growth. As our Admin & Office Manager you’ll have the unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced C-Suite and work in a fast-paced, early-stage start-up environment. You will work directly with our Founder & CEO.
Your responsibilities will include:

Make sure office is always equipped with all the needs of the team

Help executives to arrange their daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, speaking engagements and ensuring they follow their agenda

Manage information for internal and external communication including memos, emails, presentations, reports

Supervise the performance of clerical and administrative staff

Receive and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Perform office management operations by keeping up with office supply inventory
Qualifications:
-
3+ years' experience of working on an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant position

Profound experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as major office gadgets and applications

Outstanding MS Office knowledge and English proficiency

Strong organisational and time management skills,

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Confidentiality and discretion
- High School degree; PA diploma or certification will be a bonus
- Hands-on mentality, willing to roll your sleeves up
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in highly ambiguous environment and able to independently take responsibility from day one with ability to work with little direction
- Available to start in-person in London as as soon as possible
