    What you’ll do

    • Understand the product in-depth, the reasons for its existence, and the role it plays for our users
    • Grow with the team, you'll be a vital piece of the puzzle and help mould the future of the company, as we grow, we'll expand the team around you
    • Clearly articulate how existing and future features and services tie into the overall corporate strategy
    • You should be passionate about design and user experience; you will collaborate with our Creative/Design team on wireframes to ensure that their work meets the needs of our users
    • Guide the work of our engineering team by clarifying the product team’s top priorities and areas of highest customer value
    • Drive entire product life-cycle from initial planning to release strategies
    • Define and prioritise the features of the product in collaboration with all stakeholders
    • Adjusting the features and priority dynamically based on user feedback and realignment of business priorities
    • You’ll be a primary nexus of decision making, and thus must process correspondence quickly and completely whilst avoiding being the bottleneck.
    • Identifying minimum viable features to validate ideas


    What we require

    • Experience in a similar role OR the ability to prove a passion for product management
    • Experience or a proven interest in influencer marketing
    • A passion for what you do and you're nice to hang out with
    • Self-motivated and hold a proactive attitude
    • Excellent proficiency in English
    • A penchant for asking lots of questions all the time about the things that matter most to the business
    • An understanding of industry trends relating to continuous delivery practices
    • Familiar and comfortable with agile development methodologies


    Nice to haves

    • Experience working remotely
    • Understanding of UX/UI best practices
