Who are Pollen?
Pollen offers a whitelabel banking and payments platform to businesses that want to offer financial products and services, but don’t want the complexity or overhead of regulation and technology.
Our customers include: managed service providers, global accountancy practices and even a decentralised stock exchange.
Working with enterprise businesses, we are looking to provide a high level of personalised service and account management, we refer to our customers as partners.
The role will initially involve some pre-sales work as well, and taking ownership of our CRM. Building relationships from the first meeting to post-sales and customer success management. Working closely with our CCO and CEO to help create structure and processes.
We are currently at the stage where our model is starting to scale, it’s an exciting time to get involved, with lots of opportunity to grow within the business.
Our UK office is near London Bridge (closed temporarily), with the role being initially remote.
