We are a growing team of 50 with offices in Soho (currently working remotely); we have big ambitions and anticipate being a team of at least 100 in a year’s time.

The role:

Atom Learning is hiring a Content Manager to join the team at our offices in Soho and lead the content production of our expansion into the USA.

You will be an integral member of our curriculum team working on a new and exciting project. You will lead the creation of exceptional content for Atom Learning’s expansion into the American Education market.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating exceptional curriculum guides, linked to the SSAT and ISEE syllabus for English, maths and reasoning.
  • You will lead a team of freelance content writers to quality assure exceptional content.
  • You will design instructive videos and help sheets to support learning. You will manage multiple projects to deadlines.
  • You will edit and revise existing curriculum content.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Teaching or tuition experience for the American Curriculum.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent written American English.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with external and internal colleagues.
  • Flexibility, and a willingness to learn and jump in to help where needed.
  • Loves start-ups and understands the challenges and demands of a fast-moving, ever-changing business.
  • A love of education and an interest in pedagogy.
