Graphic Designer

As our Graphic Designer you’ll have the unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced C-Suite and work in a fast-paced, early-stage start-up environment. You will be instrumental in all things design and visual, with a focus on our branding, merchandising, online ads, and marketing material.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building reusable visual design methods and toolkits 
  • Create a brand guideline based on our visual identity using best practices. 
  • Design content for prospect- and customer-facing materials including promotional campaigns, product marketing, user adoption campaigns, sales enablement, etc. including for web, email, digital advertising, video, documents, infographics and more.
  • Working closely with our Growth, Marketing, Commercial and Real Estate teams to ensure their requirements are met consistently.
  • Understand the brand and constantly improve our brand design elements 

Background:

  • A strong ability to listen to internal stakeholders’ key requirements, translate this into visual conception (develop designs), take on board feedback and adapt and refine as appropriate. 
  • Experience designing all kinds of content including for social media, digital advertising, emails, ebooks, whitepapers, fact sheets, sales decks, etc. 
  • Knowledge of core design and visual communication principles (typography, layout, colour theory, white space, usability, etc.)
  • Experience using design software and processes (Adobe suite, HTML and CSS, Flash, print production, etc.)
  • Creative and innovative
  • Excellent attention to detail working with a high level of accuracy
