📣 A bit about the role. 

We are looking for someone to join our sales team to support our growth plans in 2021.  The role is an entry-level position with a lot of growth potential. Some previous sales experience is ideal but not necessary as long as you are hungry, eager to learn and not afraid to pick up the phone. If you have this covered, this is a great opportunity and will allow you to develop within a growing team and expanding company quickly! 

📚  Responsibilities.

  • Work in a pair and on predetermined targets with the Senior Business Development Manager 
  • Continually build and validate a database of contacts  
  • Qualify new leads and deliver through Senior BDM’s through booked meetings 
  • Measure and report on success metrics to define our process of outbound lead generation 
  • Cold-calling to qualify prospects 
  • Nurture and pitch warm leads over email and phone 
  • Work in CRM system daily with new enquiries and bookings 
  • Responsibility of immersing yourself in the hospitality, leisure and retail industry to build a strong network
  • Work alongside the rest of the business (marketing and product team, external partners and stakeholders) to continually improve and develop the product, service and business

👋  A bit about you. 

  • Must be comfortable and confident on the phone! 
  • A strong can-do attitude and not afraid of rejections 
  • Must be interested in start-ups and entrepreneurship
  • High level of English
  • A person who can work independently and has a strong drive
  • Prior Sales experience is a big plus 
  • Experience and understanding of the recruitment is a plus
