The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, from organic and paid acquisition campaigns to conversion rate optimisation, sales collateral and lead nurture comms.

Key responsibilities include:




  • Crafting a content strategy that targets all stages of the buyer's journey, from awareness to decision



  • Devising and executing new marketing strategies across multiple channels



  • Improving and managing the company’s website, optimising to educate the market and convert leads



  • Driving inbound enquiries through organic SEO, app store listings, content marketing, and social media.



  • Testing and scaling paid channels



  • Optimising and scaling our email outreach campaigns



  • Reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools




IDEAL CANDIDATE



You will join a small, successful and ambitious team looking to create one of the most exciting high-growth companies in the UK. You will be a self-starter, full of ideas, with attention to detail and with the ability to execute. You will have 3 to 5 years experience in B2B marketing, with ambitions to have greater impact and responsibility.



Essential skills include:




  • 3 - 5 years marketing experience in B2B including 2+ years for a high growth techology company, ideally a small high growth company



  • Experience communicating and marketing financial topics and ability to collaborate on financial content



  • Expertise in driving inbound and outbound leads through numerous channels



  • In-depth knowledge of SEM, both organic and paid



  • Expertise in website conversion optimization



  • Experience managing and editing websites in Wordpress Elementor 



  • Email marketing experience, both outbound and lead nurture



  • Strong communication; an English speaker with very strong writing skills



  • Data oriention with fluency using analytics



  • Motivated, organised and able to think both analytically and creatively



  • Proactive, self-starter approach



  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, with a strong understanding of how to iterate quickly




Fundamentally, we want a B2B marketing expert keen to have a big impact and help us create a formidable business.

 

PRACTICALITIES

ScaleXP offers flexible working to all employees.  This can include working four days per week, reducing hours over the summer or during school holidays, or taking Fridays off.   We ask all employees to work in the office one day per week; the rest is up to you
