The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, from organic and paid acquisition campaigns to conversion rate optimisation, sales collateral and lead nurture comms.

You will have 3 to 5 years experience in B2B marketing, with ambitions to have greater impact and responsibility.
Essential skills include:
3 - 5 years marketing experience in B2B including 2+ years for a high growth techology company, ideally a small high growth company
Experience communicating and marketing financial topics and ability to collaborate on financial content
Expertise in driving inbound and outbound leads through numerous channels
In-depth knowledge of SEM, both organic and paid
Expertise in website conversion optimization
Experience managing and editing websites in Wordpress Elementor
Email marketing experience, both outbound and lead nurture
Strong communication; an English speaker with very strong writing skills
Data oriention with fluency using analytics
Motivated, organised and able to think both analytically and creatively
Proactive, self-starter approach
Experience working in a fast paced environment, with a strong understanding of how to iterate quickly
