Role Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving Livio's growth in the London insurance market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our network within the insurance industry. Additionally, the Commercial Insurance Sales Manager will contribute to our fundraising efforts, leveraging their industry knowledge and relationships to attract potential investors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the London insurance market.
2. Network Expansion: Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to establish and cultivate relationships with key players in the insurance space.
3. Partnership Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to forge strategic alliances with insurance providers, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to promote Livio's embedded insurance solution, emphasizing its benefits for businesses.
5. Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising activities by identifying potential investors, preparing pitch materials, and participating in investor meetings.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform Livio's strategic decision-making.
7. Technology Evangelism: Effectively communicate the technical aspects and benefits of Livio's platform to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven track record of success in selling commercial insurance products, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Extensive network within the London insurance industry, including relationships with insurers and brokers.
3. Strong understanding of insurance technologies (insurtech) and their applications in the commercial insurance space.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset and experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
6. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
7. Familiarity with embedded finance and its potential applications in the insurance industry.
