    What you'll do: 

    1. Be part of a small and fast-growing data team: Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to build cutting-edge data solutions. 
    2. Architect the future: Design and implement scalable, cloud-based data infrastructure on GCP. 
    3. Code with purpose: Use Python to build data pipelines that drive real business value and genuinely sustainable outcomes. 
    4. Be the data whisperer: Translate complex business needs into actionable insights through ML/AI.

    Who You Are: 

    1. You have a Master's degree in computer science. 
    2. Senior Data Engineer (4+ years): Hands-on experience designing, building, and launching end-to-end data pipelines and data warehouses in commercial cloud providers (GCP, AWS or Azure) 
    3. Full-stack thinker: Proven experience in software development lifecycle in analytics (e.g. version control, testing, and CI/CD) in fast-paced environments.  
    4. Python & SQL master: Wrangle & transform data with ease. 
    5. Cloud champion: Apply and advocate for coding and industry best practices. Google Cloud certified engineer will be a bonus. 
    6. Team player & leader: Guide & motivate your team. 
    7. Based within a commutable distance from London: The role requires being in the office 3 days a week.
