The Role

As Director, Strategic Customer Success at Plentific, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to empower our strategic key accounts and guide them toward achieving their business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in management consulting, you will provide leadership, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions. Your proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and innate ability to understand the bigger picture will be instrumental in achieving success for both our clients and our company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall growth and risk management of clients within your territory
  • Through knowing each client’s business intimately, inspire and bring the client’s vision to life by leveraging the full potential of the Plentific platform
  • Develop and implement individual account retention and growth strategies
  • Fundamentally understand each client’s strategic objectives and value drivers. Challenge, advise, and educate where appropriate
  • Engage with client senior stakeholders and decision-makers to build a comprehensive “path to value” plan with associated client transformation targets and milestones
  • Introduce and drive governance model within the client to ensure an optimal and efficient transformation
  • Drive the client transformation with constant focus on value confirmation, process efficiency, client enablement and education, adoption, and optimal license utilisation
  • Actively collaborate with other Plentific internal resources and functions (executives, product, engineering, marketing, sales, professional services) to ensure full power of the Plentific organisation is brought to the client
  • Stay up-to-date with new product innovation and features, and associated value propositions. Continually contextualise and enable clients where potential ongoing value can be unlocked.
  • Leverage the Plentific CS methodology to ensure a consistent client experience across the entire client base
  • Engage in practice development activities to continually evolve Plentific’s customer success offering
  • Proactively engage in internal operational excellence through the timely completion of key internal activities, such as account planning and reporting

Skills

  • In depth knowledge of residential private or public sector organisations in the built environment
  • Ability to manage complex multi-year client transformation programs
  • Ability to positively impact clients in a rapidly evolving political and economic environment
  • Ability to create trusted relationships within large organisations
  • Ability to drive value-oriented conversations and influence senior client decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Ability to partner with all departments within Plentific, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' with clients and business drivers around software solution implementations
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

  • +5 years of relevant client experience ideally in property and the public sector, with experience of technology and transformation within the industry.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales (scale-up environment preferred) and managing complex, multiple relationships with key customers
  • Consultative sales experience with the ability to find creative solutions
  • Proven experience working within a goal oriented, ambitious company environment
