Role Description:

As an Event Coordinator Intern at ROLZO, your primary role will be coordinating transport operations for our high-end clients' events in the United Kingdom and abroad. You will be the dedicated client contact working closely with our Events and Operations Managers, overseeing the operational aspects of the event from briefing to post-production.


  • Studying the event specifications and requirements.
  • Participating in client meetings, briefings, site visits, and follow-up meetings.
  • Assisting and advising clients by aligning their expectations with potential location-related constraints.
  • Planning the necessary actions for the project, establishing a retroplanning, and coordinating chauffeurs, vehicles, and coordinators.
  • Conducting preparatory site visits, including domestic and international travel when required.
  • Selecting, coordinating, and leading the project team and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Producing the necessary tools and documents for project execution.
  • Establishing and tracking the estimated transport budget for the client.
  • Supervising costs and the net margin achieved.
  • Managing potential constraints and difficulties related to the event and its location.
  • Completing administrative and financial project closure.
  • Performing a post-production review to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Compiling a post-event qualitative and quantitative report, shared with the client.


  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • High mobility, availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Leadership skills and a keen sense of team and project management.
  • A penchant for challenges, with an ability to manage stress and difficulties.
  • Rigorous, methodical, organised, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Skills in proposal development and problem-solving.
  • Competence in using computer tools.
