About Us: We are a burgeoning startup operating in the Corporate Training sector, armed with a handful of clients and a competitive pricing model. Despite being a small entity, we're ambitious and poised for growth. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Marketing Co-founder to join our team and spearhead our lead generation efforts.

Role Overview: As our Marketing Co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on lead generation. We understand the value of expertise in this domain, and we're seeking someone who can leverage their experience to propel our business forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize our PPC (Pay-Per-Click) accounts to maximize ROI and lead conversion.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance our online visibility and organic traffic.
  • Craft compelling content for various digital channels to engage our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Corporate Training or related industry.
  • Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns and familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and proven track record of improving search engine rankings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving results.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We Offer: While we're unable to offer a traditional salary at this stage, we're committed to fostering a mutually beneficial partnership. If you're willing to manage our PPC accounts, we're open to discussing a profit-sharing arrangement from day zero. This means that you'll start earning a share of the profits as soon as your efforts result in sales from our digital channels.
