In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a world-class and effortless experience whenever they interact with us. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide support, and ensure that switches run smoothly. Your role will also involve training and developing other team members to deliver outstanding customer support.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate the energy industry, find the right deals, and save money on their energy bills. Your work will reflect our core values of honesty, integrity, and transparency.

🗝️ Key responsibilities and areas of ownership

  • Handle customer inquiries and support tickets through various communication channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide regular feedback
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to switches and energy services
  • Contribute ideas and take action to continuously improve our products and services
  • Manage and update our knowledge base, help center, and FAQ to assist customers and support team members


  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and energetic attitude
  • Passion for problem-solving and helping customers
  • Friendly and personable demeanour
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating digital systems
  • Ideally, experience delivering customers service remotely
  • Reliable internet connection
