Job Description

We’ve looking for an ambitious and energetic Partnerships Manager to join our team and help drive our Partnerships Programme in the UK and possibly internationally also. Working directly alongside EC's founders community, you will be responsible for growing the partnerships programme through sales and also helping manage the relationships as well as referrals. Experience in the startups space would be most welcome.

Responsibilities (To name a few…)

• Identify, develop and secure new Partnership opportunities to grow the community;
• Manage the relationships

• Attend events with founders and investors across London and the UK;

Work with senior management to develop the wider business and marketing strategy

• Basic £35K + competitive commission with the potential to make additional £20k+ extra.


• Resourceful problem solver with a persuasive manner
• Comfortable talking to founders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, by phone, and email)
• Must have proven B2B sales or Partnership experience
• Ideally B2B sales experience with founders or understands the startup scene
• Right to work in the UK and fluent in English

• Fast career progression and a seat with the founding team

• Work alongside a small friendly and entrepreneurial team with an opportunity of international travel
