Skin Analytics is an award-winning digital health company that has launched the world’s first AI-supported Skin Cancer pathway for a faster skin cancer diagnosis. Our AI as a Medical Device (AIaMD) is deployed in 13 NHS organisations, and growing. We are leading the way in leveraging AI technology to address the demand and capacity crisis facing Dermatology safely.

As Skin Analytics enters an exciting phase of growth, we are on the search for driven and forward-thinking individuals to join our new team of Regional Key Account Managers.

Role Overview

The Regional Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our NHS customers, with a focus on retention, as well as looking for opportunities to maximise value from our solution to ensure successful renewal.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within your assigned region, becoming the go-to person for our NHS customers. You will also lead engagement strategies for the wider healthcare system, working with entities such as ICSs, Cancer Alliances, and Health Innovation Networks.

This is a brand new role which has significant potential to expand as we scale. With plans to triple our footprint in the NHS this year, this role is a stepping stone towards becoming a line manager, contributing to the growth of a dynamic account management team.

You will report to our Lead Account Manager, Georgia Bailey.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Day-to-day management of a portfolio of NHS accounts
  2. Develop and execute the customer success strategy for each account in your region
  3. Build relationships with C-level executives/decision makers and key stakeholders in the NHS
  4. Proactively communicate with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and satisfaction
  5. Drive customer retention through effective renewal strategies - leading re-procurement and contracting
  6. Develop strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opportunity Leaders) who want to advocate for us
  7. Help to develop strategies to leverage local and national conversations around dermatology
  8. Helping land new business, by joining the dots across the region with successes and opportunities, while steering marketing requirements
  9. Contribute to the management of our CRM tool, ensuring accurate recording of customer interactions and account statistics

About You

  • You have 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or Strategy Consulting
  • Experience in the NHS or healthcare more broadly
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and end-user needs
  • An interest in, and aptitude for, technology
  • Confident leading commercial negotiations and ideally have experience navigating NHS procurement routes and contracting
  • You are comfortable with a start-up environment, fast-moving projects and agile approaches - the ability to context-switch
  • Experience with people management and an interest in line management as the role grows
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technology
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Experience in working cross-functionally daily. Being the bridge that connects the partners/patients with the rest of the internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical etc)
  • You get things done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility
  • You are passionate, driven and can self-motivate

Development & Support:

Location

The role requires availability to travel as needed to our NHS partner sites within your assigned region.

We prefer hybrid working, with at least some working time in our office in Holborn, but are open to remote options.
