Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our HR-Tech platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products, generate demand, and drive customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate technical features into compelling value propositions, create impactful marketing collateral, and drive go-to-market strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our HR-Tech solutions.
  • Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to different target audiences.
  • Create high-impact marketing collateral including presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to gather insights, understand customer needs, and refine product positioning.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
  • Establish key performance metrics, track marketing performance, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product marketing within the technology industry, preferably with SaaS or HR-Tech products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and positioning strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across departments.
