Part-Time Remote Lead Generation and Cold Calling Assistant

Company Description:

Fena is a tech business specialising in open banking payments and ecommerce software for B2B and B2C SMEs.  Fena was established in Dec 2019 and since then grew to a 19 people strong team.  We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Lead Generation and Cold Calling Assistant to join our remote team on a part-time basis. If you have a knack for identifying potential leads and enjoy the thrill of establishing new business opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

We pay £20/hr - 20-25 hours a week (all negotiable). We can offer 25 days holidays pro-rata and pension enrolment.  

This role would be ideal for someone looking for a part time job (flexible and remote/from home). Ideally someone with prior experience in ecommerce/retail or wholesale and affinity for technology or tech businesses.

Position Summary:

As a Lead Generation and Cold Calling Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential leads, conducting cold calls to introduce our products/services, and setting up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels.
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our products/services to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest level and fit for our products/services.
  • Schedule appointments or calls between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine calling strategies and approaches.
  • Report on weekly achievements, challenges, and progress.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Available to work part-time hours, with flexibility working hours
