Fiena is London’s only adventure club, partnering with brands from Hugo Boss, Caudalie and Gymshark to iconic hospitality venues such as The Ivy Club, Home Grown Club and Sketch to provide social events, networking and brand experiences for millennials.


Fiena is looking for someone who is positive, upbeat, loves to be out-and-about, understands sponsorship and comp event partnerships to join the team, on a long term and part time basis, starting immediately.


You should be someone with a creative but 'operations' mind, with lots of experience running and managing events, pitching for sponsorship, liaising with consumer brands, with an understanding of how to bring brands to life, through experiential marketing.


You should enjoy building relationships and maintaining contact with a wide range of contacts across hospitality, media, fashion, culture, sports, lifestyle & business. You should love to work in open, collaborative and high energy/positive environments, in a small team that’s about getting things done (move over bureaucracy and corporate BS).


We’re not looking for a perfect CV, but rather a personality, who fits our team and can be a wonderful ambassador of our members club on a long term basis.


Job Responsibilities


Events Management


  • Coming up with new ideas for events across the five divisions of Fiena :
  • Liaising with partners, venues and facilitators, to ensure events are planned and executed to the highest standards, achieving high member satisfaction
  • You will source, activate and manage partnerships with brands such as Gymshark, Adidas, Beauty Pie and Selfridges, creating experiences that bring these brand to life, for our members.
  • You will be responsible for coming up with creative ideas for the divisions, and then approaching the brands required, pitching them on the Fiena concept, and securing their partnership/sponsorship, as well as managing the operations on the day of the event
  • Plan the logistics and running order of each Club event, ensuring high execution of the Club vision
  • you should be happy pitching for brands to cover the cost of events, as a part of their marketing budget, to access the Fiena members and audiences
  • you should enjoy being present at events, taking leadership and ownership over the brands, experiential and 'Live' parts of the club


Venues & Brands Management


  • Managing relationships with the best hospitality venues in London such as The Ivy Club and The Curtain Club / Blue Marlin
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and being a positive ambassador of the Fiena Club
  • Proactively seeking new partnerships and pitching partnership benefits
  • Securing complimentary day passes at the best venues across London, as well as offers / access and invites


You will work closely with the Membership Manager and Marketing Manager on a weekly basis, attending virtual zoom meetings and in person get togethers.

Well versed in negotiation, you should always be looking at how to secure the best deal possible. You will get to know the Fiena club brand proposition inside out, to effectively pitch the concept in meetings.
