Department: Operations & Research
Reporting To: Founder (4x serial entrepreneur with 2 successful exits)
Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Operations and Research Intern to join our vibrant early-stage healthtech company. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience working directly with our founder, a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. You will play a key role in supporting various operational and research activities, contributing directly to the company's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Operations:
- Assist with project management tasks
- Liaise with various stakeholders in the end to end delivery process
- Help with contracts, reporting, documentation, etc...
- Proactive troubleshooting
- Working closely with the product team
- Research:
- Conduct online research on various healthtech trends, competitors, and market insights.
- Compile and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
- Identify and track relevant industry news and developments.
- Additional responsibilities:
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
- Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the founder and external partners.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Interest in health technology and the startup ecosystem.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Gdocs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
