The Role

We're on the hunt for a Backend Developer who is ready to take a crucial role in the development and optimization of our platform, ensuring it remains in lockstep with our vision of an innovative learning experience. This part-time position will have you focusing on backend development, in close collaboration with a team that prioritizes innovation, quality, and collaborative effort.

Your Skillset

Technical Expertise: You bring to the table over 5 years of experience in backend software development, with a strong emphasis on Python, FastAPI for creating RESTful services, Celery for task queuing, Docker for containerization, MongoDB as a NoSQL database solution, and an understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) as a bonus. Your background includes a thorough understanding of server-side logic, architectural design principles, hands-on experience with Docker, and a deep knowledge of database management. This expertise positions you perfectly to contribute to our AI-driven language learning platform.

Proven Industry Experience: Your resume features significant contributions to startups or recognizable tech companies, reflecting a proven track record in environments known for innovation and success. Whether you've played a part in scaling a startup or contributed to backend projects at established tech giants, your experience demonstrates your ability to navigate and lead in dynamic, high-growth settings.
