About Us:

Wyzr is an early-stage UK based B2B Fintech startup aiming to revolutionise cash flow management for small businesses. We are building an AI-driven chat-based Cash Flow Management tool for small businesses.

Micro-enterprises (small businesses with <10 employees) form the backbone of the UK (and global) economy and comprise 95% of all businesses. Managing cash flows is crucial for the survival of small businesses; however, it’s complex and manual. Wyzr simplifies this by enabling small business owners to just chat on the app and ask critical questions like “when will I run out of cash?”, “can I afford to pay £xxx for supplies next week?”, and get data-driven responses in seconds.

Wyzr, founded by an ex-Deutsche Bank derivatives trader, is part of NatWest Bank's Accelerator.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join us as the First Engineer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the technical direction of our product. You will be working on emerging technologies like LLM to build a pioneering and world-class product to solve some high-impact real-world problems. You must be comfortable hustling and figuring out ways to solve unstructured problems. We highly value taking ownership and delivering to meet business objectives. This role will give you the opportunity in the future to build and grow a team of engineers.

In terms of technical skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python (*must have*)

- Strong understanding of AWS architecture, and experience with micro-services (*must have*)

- Good proficiency with React

- Minimum of 3 years of software development experience in a professional setup
