Founded by a team of successful tech entrepreneurs who have raised £10m+ from investors previously, we are dedicated to simplifying the complex, opaque, and often long process of property exchange. Our innovative platform will guide customers through their conveyancing journey, providing clarity, speed, and allowing customers to 'take control' of the house-buying experience. We're at the very earliest stages, currently in the pre-product phase, and are looking for a conveyancing lead to round out the team.

The Role:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Conveyancing Lead to join us as a co-founder. You will be responsible for overseeing the conveyancing side of our business, building and leading a team of conveyancers to ensure legal compliance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the conveyancing department, setting high standards for legal compliance, customer service, and efficiency.
- Build and manage a team of conveyancers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Work closely with our technology team to enhance our platform, ensuring it meets the legal and practical needs of conveyancing.
- Ensure all conveyancing activities are compliant with UK legal standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified conveyancer/solicitor with extensive experience in the UK property market.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to simplify and improve the conveyancing process.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive and ambition to co-found a startup.
