Position Overview: We're seeking a talented Senior Web Developer to join our team and drive the maintenance, improvement, and expansion of our digital platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API development with Laravel, strong testing skills, and knowledge of software patterns and principles. Experience with frontend technologies like React or Vue.js is desirable, and familiarity with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD solutions is a plus. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our technical capabilities and scale with the company as we continue to innovate in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve our API, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Create comprehensive documentation for app developers to consume.
• Expand and enhance our admin tool to streamline account management.
• Develop integrations between various software systems to automate and improve business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Laravel and PHP, with experience in API development.
• Demonstrated expertise in testing methodologies, including PHPUnit.
• Knowledge of software patterns and principles, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD solutions preferred but not required.
• Interest in fitness and experience in the gym or fitness industries advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Eligible to work in the UK
