Are you ready to be a crucial part of an exciting startup? We're Woolly Mammoth (https://woolly-mammoth.io/), and we're looking for a Sales Executive & Event Coordinator. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing our volume of bookings and coordinating events.

A variable part of the salary will be offered and will be related to the number of bookings converted, offering the possibility of a very good salary if the number of bookings is significant!

Primary Tasks:

- Respond to event enquiries on our platform and other listing platforms where we showcase our exceptional event spaces and convert as many as possible into bookings.

- Once a booking has been confirmed, organise the event, liaising with clients and venue owners to ensure it runs perfectly.

Secondary Tasks:

- Help us grow by finding and listing new event spaces on the platforms we utilise.
- Any other tasks or responsibilities directly or indirectly related to the company's development! Our priority is to attract the best possible talent and ensure they thrive in their roles.

Skills You'll Need:

- Appetite for developing the business and optimising workflow to effectively manage an increasing number of requests.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Organisational skills to handle multiple requests and events efficiently.
