    • Pharmacierge is a leading UK medtech company, designed and backed by independent clinicians. It combines e-prescribing apps with seamless delivery of private prescription medication .  It has raised investment of nearly £4m led by Cazoo and Zoopla founder Alex Chesterman OBE, Lovefilm co-founder Simon Franks, and 80 leading clinicians.
    • Co-founded by ex-Google, medtech and serial healthcare entrepreneurs, Pharmacierge has established itself as the trusted partner to over 4,000 private medical practitioners and continues to grow its user base nationally.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partner clinicians and clinics, developing these relationships to ensure their initial engagement with, and continued use of our service. This role also encompasses aspects of Account Management, ensuring that our new partners are effectively onboarded and supported throughout their journey with us.
    • mPrescribe® - Pharmacierge’s iPhone and Android app - is the first of its kind in the UK; a portable e-prescription pad that allows clinicians to prescribe medication on-the-go. Its seamless infrastructure is built on proprietary full-stack technology, combining Electronic Prescription (EPS) and dispensary management (ERP) systems, with multiple APIs to handle the compliance and complexity of this tightly regulated industry. 
    • Sharing ownership with its dedicated team and leading private clinicians, Pharmacierge models its culture on the can-do, tech-enabled and empathetic approach pioneered by its founders. 

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the sales process by identifying and engaging a large portfolio of potential clients, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service that sets us apart from competitors.
    • Foster and deepen relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups, check-ins, and strategic engagement, with the aim of converting leads into sales.
    • Take ownership of commercial and operational issues with clients, working collaboratively with the dispensary to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service


    About You:

    • Experience in a client-facing business development role a plus but not required
    • You are a self-starter, capable of understanding objectives and taking the initiative to achieve them, driving results independently.
    • Experience in the healthcare sector, such as a medical practice manager or medical secretary, a plus but not required
    • You value collaboration and are at your best when you’re part of a team
    • You have empathy for customer needs, but can also consider technical constraints and business goals
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch our services effectively to potential clients
    • Actively contribute to the execution of the Business Development strategy & process, as defined by the Head of Business Development, with a focus on achieving sales targets and expanding our client base.
