Blazon Agency, a pioneering force in product launches and crowdfunding campaigns, is looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our clients' success.

As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in our day-to-day operations and client projects. Your goal? Ensure that our campaigns are executed with excellence and efficiency, strengthening our agency's reputation and building strong client relationships.

Your Role as a Account Executive:

Assist in the management of agency campaigns, working closely with clients
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely delivery
Support reporting efforts, including scheduling and participating in client calls
Input on agency workflows and processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Collaborate with our Advertising, PR, and other internal and external teams
Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential applications in our operations
Work with AI tools to increase agency productivity
Assist in managing our CRM system, ensuring client data and project details are well-organized
Work with freelancers and external partners to keep projects on track
Participate in internal team meetings, providing updates and adapting to client feedback
Explore new areas for agency expansion, particularly in AI and innovative domains

Essential Competencies:

Digital Agency experience required (or a very strong understanding of the Agency world from a previous in-house position)
Interest in consumer technology, consumer products
Understanding of Marketing & Advertising
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships
Interest in operations, process optimization, and workflow design
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high organizational standards
Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
Proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

Desirable Competencies:

Interest in future technologies, AI, fundraising, and investment
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Some background in advertising or marketing agencies
