    An exciting B2B SaaS product in the challenging area of cross border international trade, solving many of the issues facing UK and global importers and exporters.

    We are seeking an individual who has the mindset and experience to develop commercial opportunities with major businesses who are trading internationally.

    This role does need to be based in the UK if you are interested in developing for one of our target international markets. 

    About you

    • At least 10 years B2b SaaS sales pipeline development, lead generation, running demos and closing deals
    • Understanding of player in the international trading eco system and their roles, e.g. carriers, hauliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, inspections, insurance, finance, agents
    • Knowledge of cross border trading processes, trade compliance, documentation, trade and supply chain finance, customs brokerage, freight forwarding 
    • Experience of products in the global trade management segment, eg. Descartes, AEB, CargoWise, SAP GTS + others
    • Entrepreneurial, evangelical and extremely enthusiastic about technology, particularly data and generative AI or ML predictive analytics
    • Look for an opportunity to join long term to spearhead a global sales/marketing function or carve out a new overseas market

    Compensation & support

    • We offer 25% commission first year on a typical deal size is £10-100K, uncapped
    • This is a commission-only role, the last before we create a permanent sales team 
    • Extensive sales support includes marketing and sales collateral
    • Founder attention to client when needed to get over the line

    Ideal for an individual with a roldex of shipping contacts in medium and large trading businesses or suppliers looking to transition away from existing role.
