The Data & Insight Practice in AND Consulting helps our clients to use data to make business choices based on evidence AND support them in embedding data into their organisational strategy and ways of working. We cover areas such as data strategy, architecture and experimentation. We’ve worked with clients to transform their use of data, including designing a new data strategy for a leading press & media organisation, transforming ways of working at a leading bank using data products and setting up an experimentation framework on a brand new digital product for a market-leading food & beverage company.

As a Data & Insight Consultant, you will be working on consulting projects with AND Digital’s household name clients. You could be working on projects which involve:

• Defining transformative data strategies for household name businesses that allow them to use data more effectively
• Building the case for change and achieving the cultural shift required for data-focussed ways of working to drive data transformation
• Designing and delivering data and insight products, platforms or transformations
• Creating governance models that allow our clients to properly manage their data asset

• Understand the latest tools and technologies within data and insight and be able to apply them to our client's challenges
• Understand how data, analytics and AI can support business objectives and goals
• Contribute to large scale data transformations
• Be comfortable in a professional services environment moving between various client engagements

• Previous consulting or professional services experience (or consulting-type roles) in a data role
• Experience in developing and implementing data strategies
• Familiarity with data architecture concepts like ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes/warehouses/lakehouses and data mesh
• Experience with common data and analytics platforms using technologies such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake etc. and/or visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Understanding of different data operating models and governance structures

It’s helpful if you also have:

• Experience with working with one or more cloud providers
• Capabilities in one or more other specialist areas such as data visualisation, data modelling, data architecture

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant for our London office, with a blended working model for flexibility in working from home / office / client locations.
