Zoplo is a Gen Z focused social app that has grown to over 50,000 users without spending any money on paid ads. We have had over 12 million organic views across our Tik Tok accounts. 

Your job will be to work directly with the founder, Tom, to help grow the app to 1 million users. 

We love guerrilla marketing so be prepared to think outside the box and have the creative freedom that comes with it. 

The role will be flexible and allow you to pursue your own creative ideas but some projects you will be working on include:

• Using our Tik Tik playbook (12 million+ views) to launch new accounts, as well as managing our existing accounts

• Slideshow content 
• Video based content (main focus)
  
  

• Growing our community channels to get user feedback on the app and content posted on the app, as well as organizing Zoplo events (we held a black tie bingo event previously)

• Reaching out to users for feedback, chatting with them and getting the to join our Discord / Instagram (or another appropriate channel)
• Chatting with members via Insta, Tik Tok, discord, email and in app
• Sourcing brand ambassadors
  
  

• Filming content for our new YouTube & Tik Tok series

• Recording me doing silly stuff around London (you can also do silly stuff if you want)
  
  

• Growing the brand through marketing stunts such as the newly launched Zoplo big book of icks (https://amzn.eu/d/ehqn3Kg)

• Creating content for ads
• OOH marketing activations
• Sending to journalists to get articles written about it
  
  

• Sourcing content 

• Suggesting good Instagram, Twitter, Reddit accounts for us to pull content from
  
  

• Being the key point of contact for creators & influencers 

• Shortlist appropriate creators 
• Build relationships with creators and influencers
  
  

• PR

• Attend events, go on podcasts, get PR, post on LinkedIn etc.
