Job Title: Customer Success Manager (B2B)

We are a rapidly growing B2B2C digital health and fitness app - GoJoe - which has clients including PwC, Amazon, Diageo, PayPal, etc.  We provide innovative solutions for workplaces including via our innovative virtual team challenges, content from Olympians and experts and social, gamified functionality.  We believe the world of corporate health is stale, generic and lacking in engagement.

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our B2B client base. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a vital part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for B2B clients, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide strategic advice on how to best use our app to achieve their goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing clients
  • Conduct product demos and training sessions for clients to ensure optimal usage of our app
  • Monitor client usage and provide regular reports to clients on their performance
  • Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to the product team to improve the app's functionality and features
  • Be involved in marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention among B2B clients
  • Manage and coordinate customer success initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements:

  • Some experience in B2B customer success or account management roles, preferably in a SaaS environment (but not essential)
  • Hunger, hustle are essentials
  • Excellent communication and confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with client
  • High organisation skills and experience in project management essential
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and willingness to execute
