About the role

E-commerce logistics is complex. Add to that the complexity of processing second hand goods: each need to be inspected for veracity, condition, and get it ready to be listed.

We are looking for an experienced operations manager to help oversee and manage the day to day operations of Luxe Dressing. This includes helping and overseeing the launch of our new warehouse operations. You will be working side by side to the CEO and help execute the vision and strategy of the company, and be the point person for our store network in UK/Europe.

We are open minded and looking for someone who is autonomous, and not afraid of making decisions or saying what they think. And focus on execution and improving metrics and processes.

This is a presential job, you will be require to work from the offices / warehouse located in Central London.

We also require proven experience in similar e-commerce operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations: product onboarding, order processing, inventory management, delivery management, customer service and seller success.
• We are moving to a new warehouse, so your responsibilities will include the set up and design of the operations from scratch. This includes not only SOPs but also the selection and implementation of different technologies.
• Design and execute customer and seller journeys to enhance user experience. This includes the creation of processes, and working closely with the product team to build tech features that will increase efficiency
• Own your own OKR and metrics that will get you there. Identify levers and pockets of value, including strategies to improve performance and creare efficiencies: product onboarding, customer service, order fulfilment, etc.
• Hiring and managing an operations team

What we are looking for

• London based Job. You must be eligible to work in the UK
• This is NOT a remote job. You will be require to be at the office / warehouse(s)
• Proven Experience in similar positions: start up, e-commerce and logistics.
• Experience with working with product teams
• Someone who get their hands dirty and a hard working attitude. This is a start up, you need to be a jack of all trades
