Job Description:

As the Head of Growth, you will spearhead our growth initiatives, focusing on scaling our user base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across paid search & social, SEO, organic content, and influencer marketing channels. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a hands-on approach to growth hacking, enabling us to meet our ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive growth strategies to enhance our market presence and user base.
• Channel Management: Manage and optimize paid search & social, SEO, organic content, and influencer marketing initiatives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance data to inform strategy adjustments and report on ROI and growth metrics.
• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing growth team, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth strategies with company goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in B2C SaaS growth, with tangible results in user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in managing and optimizing paid search & social, SEO, organic content, and influencer marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• High agency with a value on autonomy, ready to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and managing a team towards achieving ambitious targets.
