We’re looking for a Paid Channel Exec to help us expand our paid acquisition efforts. In the past year the company has more than doubled in size and a large part of that is paid acquisition. We are now launching more advertising channels, expanding activity to new levels of the acquisition funnel and diversifying the amount of products and product squads we are supporting. What you’ll be doing
  • Own the day-to-day management of one of our social channels (and the five-figure daily spend that comes with that ), with room to pick up more
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Analytics and just about any other team you can think of
  • Have the freedom and responsibility to work on your own initiatives and try new things in the spirit of optimisation
  • Have the support of your squad for analytics, engineering, creative, or anything else you need along the way
  • Help us to continue breaking company acquisition records
In the past, we’ve been studied by digital marketers and TikTok for our originality and effectiveness. So the standards are high, but we get there together. About you
  • Creative problem solver who is excited to hack performance, innovate and bend the rules of best practice to gain a competitive advantage.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, excited to develop a strategy for your channel and then go and do the work needed to achieve it.
  • At home in a Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet - we use BI tools, but sometimes the best approach is to download a raw dataset and have a play around in a spreadsheet. SQL skills are a bonus, but don’t worry, we’ll get you up to speed if not.
  • A genuine interest in Fintech and Performance Marketing with a curiosity to learn and develop your skills through attending events, reading newsletters and listening to podcasts from the industry.
  • 2+ years of experience running paid social campaigns and keen to unleash your skills on one of the most exciting growing fintech businesses in the UK

  • 30-minute video call with Julia Baggott, our Performance Marketing Lead, and the hiring manager for this role
  • 90-minute task to be completed at home
  • 60-minute video call with Julia Baggott and Sam Vinden (Head of Growth Marketing)
  • 45-minute video call with Kaya Honzova (Manager, Growth Marketing) and Cameron Laird (Analytics Lead)
