    Role Overview:

    As our Head of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to redefine craft beer distribution. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy of a burgeoning company poised to make a significant impact.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with our comprehensive go-to-market plan.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key players in the hospitality trade, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.
    • Drive sales initiatives that effectively communicate Hop Taps' value proposition to the craft beer community.
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to accelerate our market penetration and growth.
    • Collaborate closely with the founder and other team members to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in the hospitality trade.

    • Ability to hit the ground running, with the drive and initiative to start delivering results quickly.
