About Us:

We are currently in the prototyping stage of developing a marketplace aimed at assisting startups in achieving product-market fit. Additionally, we are exploring opportunities within the health tech space, including a patient portal, appointment booking and management, and medical logistics. More detailed information will be provided to interested candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical development of our marketplace platform and potential health tech initiatives.

- Collaborate with the founding team to refine product requirements and roadmap.

- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Manage a team of developers (potentially growing as the company scales).

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience with startups, ideally in a technical leadership role.

- Strong full-stack engineering skills, with expertise in both frontend and backend development.

- Experience building and scaling marketplaces is highly desirable.

- Knowledge or experience within the health tech space is a plus.

- Ability to commit full-time from June onwards.

- Willingness to potentially attend accelerator programs ranging from 6 weeks to 6 months.

- Located in the United Kingdom, Spain, Europe, or the United States, with flexibility to travel between these areas if necessary.

Compensation:

- Up to 50% equity in the company, based on experience and contribution.
