We're on the hunt for a technical co-founder to embark on an exciting journey, building a platform that automates the entire property search process for renters. 

We launched the business last month, have paying customers and are in a good position to fundamentally change the property finding process for renters.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background (Ideally experience with LLMs)
• Able to work in London in person 4/5 days a week
• Willing to move very quickly
• Be able to support yourself financially for the first 3 months

What you receive:

• 50% equity in the business
• Full autonomy on the Technology development within the business
• Office space in London

In the next 60 days we will be:

• Acquiring more paying customers
• Defining the product roadmap & launching quickly our first MVP
• Begin pre-seed funding round
