What to Expect

Our buying team ensures our customers get great tech, at a cost-effective price, all within a timely manner. To stay ahead of market trends, we’ve built key relationships with a wide range of suppliers, allowing us to deliver to customer needs. Our teams work efficiently to identify future purchasing needs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure tight delivery timescales.

What you will do

As a Buyer at Raylo

- You will be responsible for sourcing products across multiple categories of consumer tech for lease on raylo.com, in line with forecast and target pricing.

- You will develop and maintain supplier relationships, including 3PL and device processing partners.

- You will be responsible for generating purchase orders and managing the delivery of orders.

- You will manage inventory and cost (making sure we are not paying too much, and managing stock levels).

- You will stay current and up to date on market trends that may affect the supply or demand of products and advise stakeholders of any impact.

You’ll succeed with…

- 3+ years of buying experience, preferably in an FMCG business

- Being an exceptional communicator with strong negotiation skills along with a strategic mindset

- Having a comprehensive understanding of MS Office and/or Google Suite - particularly Excel/Sheets.

- Excellent supplier relationship management skills

- Knowledge of and experience with logistics processes

- Being a highly motivated individual

Nice to haves…(but not essential)

- You are educated to a degree level
